  CNC is a wonderful place to worship and belong - the people welcome you with open arms from the minute you walk in the door and they love unconditionally afterward. They teach the Bible in Sunday school (not all that common in most churches these days) and have lots of programs for all ages throughout the week so everyone can find a place to fit in. It's a welcome change from some of the newer, frantic paced services out there.

  Most churches in the area will allow you to attend their service and then leave without making any real connections. At Camas Nazarene, you are treated like family. You are greeted right away and welcomed by many of the members. The pastor is a younger, down-to-earth guy who is easy to relate to, and a respectable leader and teacher. If you are looking for a loving community of believers to encourage you in your faith at whatever stage you are in, this is a great place to be. As a young believer in my twenties, I found Camas Nazarene to be very refreshing compared to the big churches in the area that are impersonal and try to be "trendy".
